This course will prepare you for the ServSafe® exam which will be at the end of the second session. With a passing grade you will receive the ServSafe® Certification in Food Safety. This certification is nationally recognized and accredited by the National Restaurant Association.
These courses are being taught by Nelson Lacey, Smith Vocational and Agricultural culinary arts teacher. Classes meet for two four hour sessions on Monday evenings.
Time: Two Mondays, February 28 and March 6, 4:30 – 8:30 pm or
Time: Tuesday and Thursday, March 7 and March 9

Cost: $180 (includes textbook and ServSafe® certification exam)
